The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the most preferred English language proficiency test accepted by almost all institutions. However, globally, Australian institutions are open to accepting other proficiency tests such as Test of English as a Foreign language (TOEFL) paper-based test, Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE), Cambridge English: Advanced and Occupational English Test (OET) (do check the official website of your preferred institution for the same).

Applicants who are dissatisfied with the outcome of their admission application may seek a review by the Director or Student Administration. The review must be sought within 10 working days of the date of the notification of the admission outcome. A written notification of the review outcome will be provided, usually within 15 days of the lodgment of the review request. If still dissatisfied after this review, applicants may appeal to Appeals Committee of University Academic Board within five working days of the date of the notification of the outcome of the review.
